Meet The Founder

Hi There! My name is Melissa Murphy, Founder of Corel and a Strategic HR Partner. My career began with a passion for connecting people with opportunities, and it’s grown into helping organizations build the kind of workplaces where both people and performance thrive.

I started Corel because because small and mid-sized organizations need access to strategic and scalable HR expertise, but don’t always have the resources for a full-time hire. That’s where the fractional model comes in. With Corel, companies get a partner who can flex with their needs by providing both the high-level strategy to guide growth and the day-to-day support to keep operations running smoothly.

As a mom and entrepreneur, I know firsthand how vital the right support system is. That perspective shapes everything we do at Corel. We combine expertise with a people-first approach, integrating seamlessly into your culture, bringing clarity when challenges arise, and helping you scale with confidence.
